Walking in the Footsteps

In keeping with the tradition of our ancestors, join the Walking in the Footsteps initiative which aimes to provide Acadia First Nation Band Members with a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual medicine wheel approach to improving health and well being.

Using the pedometers provided, we will set goals, as we make our way through our traditional territory, Mi’kma’ki.

Together, we will walk to the Nova Scotia Millbrook Summer Games, through the seven Mi’kmaw districts, around the earth and even to the moon.

Submit your steps and watch the step tracker increase as we get closer to achieving our goals.
