Mental Health Resources
- Access Wellness Nova Scotia, by Nova Scotia Health is a free, single-session supportive counselling service for individuals, couples, or families.
- Peer Support Line is a non-crisis social support for adults 18 and older
- On May 30, 2023, the Province began offering Text4HopeNS, a supportive text messaging tool for any Nova Scotian affected by the wildfires.
- Kids Help Phone is a national helpline for young people between the ages of 5 and 20, offering confidential and anonymous support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
